大家都很关心亚马逊店铺被封什么情况下可以申诉？由于每个店铺的实际情况不一样，申诉解封也没有统一的模板可操作。店铺关联误判是比较合理的申诉理由。那么关联误判，申请恢复销售权限如何申诉呢？

如果是封号时间较长的账户或被判断为无法解除封号的账户，建议采用关联误判的方法进行申诉。

由于店铺使用的资料相同，所以很难否认这两个账号没有关联。 必须向亚马逊证明，当前站点与违规的站点没有相关性。

根据封号邮件显示，您曾经拥有的账户/您是权利拥有者，但不再拥有没有账户/或账户的权利。 支持性文档可能包括销售合同、采购合同或业务转让合同、合同终止等。

1、因违规账户站点与相关账户站点之间不存在关联，出示合同终止协议。 根据协议，此前违规的账户由其他公司运营，双方约定合规经营，但对方有违规行为，没有履约严格的条款，影响了公司的运营，因此公司及其运营公司中止了合作。

2、违规账户的站点与相关账户站点之间有硬关联的，出示业务转让合同或者购买合同。 在这种情况下，不能否定账户之间的实际关联性。 那么，被起诉的是客户经营主体没有关联，对原公司的违规行为一无所知。

转让合同的重点主要是时间，原公司的所有权在违规账号关闭后转让给了现在的公司。 其他按照正常的转让合同进行就可以了。
