品牌注册拿到回执后，可以在亚马逊申请品牌备案。按照步骤输入信息，结果隔天收到邮件，说需要视频认证。邮件中有个链接打开，输入信息，选择约定的视频时间，一共需要选3个时间。语言记得选中文， 时间是爱尔兰的，要加8个小时才是中国时间。我选的8点的，是我们下午的4点。

提交后，过1-2天会收到亚马逊的邮件，会告诉你需要哪些，如下面所列：

1. We request you to bring your ID proof to show during the Video verification helping us to verify the Brand / TM ownership. (Establish your (the attendee) connection with the brand.)

2. It is mandatory for you to bring atleast 50 units of any products from your product line which belongs to the brand in reference.

3. During the video verification, we would request you to unpack a random sample of the products as instructed by our associate. The random sample will be selected by the associate.

4. Please ensure sufficient light is available for our associate to be able to see your brands products and packaging.

5. You would need to focus the video towards the brands products and the branding on the products. We also need you to focus the video towards the entire line of products and all the 50 units you have brought to the call.

6. The video verification process will not be recorded by Amazon to protect your privacy. The expected duration of the verification will be 30 minutes.

II. Personal computer or laptop with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, QQ, or Sogou browser, microphone, speakers, and webcam. You can use an iPhone or iPad if you have installed the Amazon Chime app.

操作步骤：

In the "Choose meeting audio" window, click on "Use my computer’s mic and speakers." If you have trouble connecting to your audio on your desktop, choose "Call me at a phone number" or "I will dial in manually and enter the meeting ID."

觉得手机方便，我在手机上下了Amazon Chime的app.

2点56分，我先用了电脑链接，打开，输入拼音中文名字，下一步选择Dial ....,没记住。 开始打电话，英文提示输入meeting pin, 我输入了，按井号，然后提示什么按7，我直接按了。有人接了，对了几句，告诉我的手机没法视频，要下载Amazon Chime, 我告诉下载了。后续有另一位中文的告诉，直接在Amazon Chime里meeting开始操作，就挂掉电话了。

Amazon Chime app：

我提前下载装好，并用店铺的邮箱注册了。

认证时候直接打开app, 出来如下界面，按join进入，输入PIN的10位数字，加入

之后就跳出来上下界面的视频，上面是我的，下面是Amazon的认证人员。

英文的提问，听不懂没关系，有中文翻译。直接中文回答，她也会翻译给亚马逊认证人员。

问题大致记得如下：

你在亚马逊有几个店铺？

你在公司的职位？

你的信息有没有给其他人使用？

。。。

视频了身份证的正反面，同一款产品的50多个（大致的，没细数，只是让镜头拉远点，看下有这么多）

让随意取2个，打开看下，镜头对准品牌停留会儿。

我准备的产品只是在包装袋上贴了热转印的红色品牌，产品上没有品牌，翻译说没有关系。

蕞后告诉5天内会有邮件，或者case里查看，翻译告诉一般没事，后续可以直接操作去。

大致流程15-20分钟之内完成了，满礼貌的。

（备注：提前准备好产品，同一款，50多个，产品或者包装上带品牌。

不用有asin的产品，我的是新产品，还没上listing。

按照实际回答就可以，自己能直接英文也可以，不会就说中文，翻译会翻译的。）

第二天就收到邮件，告诉后续跟进的case id号，以及新case品牌注册的邮件。

邮件告诉给注册品牌的联系人的邮箱发了验证码，对方邮箱信息也告诉了。

要到验证码，在后台找到相关case, 回复验证码，当天就收到备案成功的邮件。

（备注：验证码可以找品牌注册代理要，进入品牌旗舰店，管理店铺，品牌注册页面进去的问题日志里查看相应的case。）
